HOW MUCH CBD OIL SHOULD I TAKE?
We recommended starting with 25mg per day. You can gradually increase your daily intake, or try our Extra Strength CBD Oil. We encourage you to check with your doctor before beginning CBD, especially if you’re taking other medications.
