INGREDIENTS

6 cups water
1 cup Mt. Folly Farm Hickory King Grits or Bloody Butcher Grits

INSTRUCTIONS

Always use a 6:1 water to grits ratio. Bring water to rapid boil, add grits, turn heat to medium and stir until all water is absorbed. Add ½ c. butter to make thicker.

Season with salt, pepper, and cheese for a savory side, or add sugar and fruit for a sweet treat.
