While Goldenseal was most commonly known as a medicinal herb for colds and flus. While this plant is actually not particularly anti-viral, it has been known to support the toning of the membranes found within our respiratory and digestive tracts.

Hydrastis canadensis

Ingredients: Fresh wildcrafted whole-plant Hydrastis canadensis,, pure grain spirits (EtOH), distilled water

Average Dosage: Take 1 to 2ml up to 3 times per day, for up to 2 weeks by mixing with 15ml of fresh water. Discontinue use after 2 weeks.

Low Dosage: Take 1 to 3 drops, up to 2 times a day.

As a mouth-rinse: mix 1ml with 15ml of water and rinse.
