Joe Tippens’ use of a dog dewormer has drawn attention and curiosity worldwide. Since he began using this unconventional approach, Tippens reports remaining cancer-free, prompting some to reconsider their initial skepticism.

The regimen known as the Joe Tippens Protocol includes more than just the dog dewormer. It involves a combination of fenbendazole, curcumin (turmeric), CBD oil, and vitamin E. Vitamin E is now considered optional due to possible interactions with other medications, but some individuals still include it in their routine.

What Dog Dewormer Does Joe Tippens Use?

Joe Tippens uses a dog dewormer called fenbendazole (brand names: Panacur C and Safe-Guard) in his protocol. Fenbendazole belongs to the benzimidazole class of compounds, known for their microtubule-destabilizing properties. Other benzimidazoles, such as albendazole, parbendazole, mebendazole, and flubendazole, have been explored in human research.

While scientific studies on fenbendazole’s potential applications in humans are limited, some research suggests it has been safely used as an anti-parasitic in animals and might have broader applications. Another study states that the “repurposing of veterinary drugs showing promising results for human use can result in considerable time and cost reduction required to develop new drugs.”

How is Fenbendazole Administered?

Fenbendazole is typically recommended for healthy dogs aged six weeks and older. It is available in oral granules or liquid suspension. When using the liquid form, carefully measure the dosage, it appears to be tolerated well by humans.

Dosage Guidelines:

  • Fenbendazole is usually given once daily for three consecutive days.
  • A second round may be administered 2-3 weeks later.
  • It is important not to skip doses and to complete the full recommended course.
  • Administer fenbendazole with food for optimal absorption.

Storage:
Store fenbendazole in a tightly closed container at room temperature.
