Over the weekend of August 8, the Senate passed a Continuing Resolution (CR) which extended the date of a near-total CBD ban from November 12, 2026 until December 11, 2026. However, the CR kept in place the ban on dangerous isomer-based THC look-alikes which have damaged the marketplace for ethical CBD growers and sellers like Mt. Folly and Laura’s Mercantile. I personally applaud this move.

Mt. Folly and Laura’s have been raising hemp for a decade. Our products are – and have always been — as close to the plant as possible, with the full spectrum of cannabinoids and less than .3% THC. We have never “spiked” our gummies to make you stoned. You won’t find Mt. Folly CBD in gas stations or head shops. We have never marketed to kids and teenagers.
